How do I know if I need a half-day or full-day service?

When in doubt, book a full day. Most customers find they have more small tasks and repairs than they initially realize, and we can maximize your investment by addressing them all in one visit. If we finish the initial tasks you wanted done before the full day is complete, we will spend the remaining time inspecting the house for anything that may require attention (ex. leaky faucets, squeaky doors, dirty gutters, uneven pavers, small holes in the wall, dirty BBQs, etc.) and address those items. Should you end up scheduling a half-day and that is not enough time, we will work with you to schedule a time when we can complete the rest of the job.

How do I handle materials and supplies?

Accepted Answer

We can handle materials in two ways: 1) You can provide the materials yourself, or 2) We can purchase them for you at an additional cost. If you choose to have us purchase materials, we will discuss what is needed beforehand and obtain your approval before making any purchases. We will provide receipts for all materials purchased.

Do you offer same-day service?

While we strive to accommodate urgent requests, same-day service depends on our current schedule. We recommend booking at least 24-48 hours in advance to ensure availability. For truly urgent situations (like a broken pipe or electrical issue), please contact us immediately and we will do our best to help.

What forms of payment do you accept?

Accepted Answer

We accept major credit cards and other major payment methods. Payment in full is required at booking to secure your appointment. We will provide an itemized invoice showing the work performed.

Are you registered and insured?

Accepted Answer

Yes, we are registered and insured. We carry general liability insurance insurance to protect you and our team. We can provide proof of insurance upon request.

Question 6

What if I need to reschedule or cancel?

Accepted Answer

We understand that plans can change. Please contact us at least 2 calendar days in advance to reschedule or cancel your appointment. This allows us to offer the time slot to another customer. Cancellations or no-shows with less than 2 calendar days notice will forfeit the payment with no refund, unless we are able to fill the cancelled spot with another customer, in which case you will receive a full refund.
