Smart Device Setup
Installation and configuration of low-voltage smart devices, doorbells, thermostats, and cameras.
Smart home devices can be overwhelming to install, so we handle the streamlined setups that fall within California's handyman guidelines. That includes low-voltage or battery-powered equipment like doorbells, cameras, smart locks, thermostats that use existing wiring, and plug-in hubs. We stay within the $1,000 project cap and never modify electrical panels or run new circuits. Our process starts with a WiFi assessment to confirm signal strength where devices will live. We mount and wire devices to existing low-voltage lines, configure apps, connect voice assistants, and set up automations so everything runs smoothly. If a project demands new electrical circuits, HVAC modifications, or extensive wiring changes, we'll loop in our licensed electrician or HVAC partners to keep the installation compliant and safe.
