Bathroom Vanity Installation
Vanity removal, placement, and finishing support while a licensed plumber handles hookups.
As an unlicensed handyman team, we focus on the carpentry and finishing tasks involved in a vanity swap while a licensed plumber handles all plumbing connections. That means we demo the existing cabinet, prep the space, position and anchor the new vanity, dry-fit countertops or splashes, and leave the supply and drain lines ready for the plumber to complete. Because connections, valve replacements, and drain work require a plumbing license in California, we coordinate with trusted partners (or your preferred plumber) to finish those steps once our prep is complete. This keeps the project compliant while ensuring your new vanity looks level, aligned, and ready to use. We also protect floors, shim uneven tile, and adjust drawers or doors so the cabinet functions smoothly after the plumber reconnects water and drain lines.
Local Insight
Many Ventura and Santa Barbara bathrooms have uneven tile or original plumbing that requires careful alignment. We adapt installs to older cottages and new ADUs alike.
